Well I can't believe it's only 1 week out and my adventure begins. If you need help falling asleep at night or passing time feel free to check in here every once in a while and I will do my best to keep the posts entertaining and relevant. I forewarn you all I love my food pics so as cliche as they may be along with yoga poses on top of mountain peaks, if those annoy you, I suggest steering clear of this blog. Just an itinerary recap: first up Tokyo May 29 to see the Tuna Auction, Hot Springs to bathe with my monkey friends and of course last but not least wander the city to eat some incredible sushi and maybe even run into Jiro himself ;) Next I will be landing in Taipei where I will stay from June 2-29 to train at the Taipei International Healthcare and Training Center and Taipei City Hospital, finishing off my final intern hours for my Doctor of Acupuncture Program. Lastly, I will be wrapping up my trip with a blissful week in Bali where I'm going to hit up a cooking class, some traditional street markets, take in a yoga class or 2 and of course some good old fashioned chilling at the beach, Bintang in hand obviously.
